About the Role

The individual will play a key role in the growth and expansion of the Agency in the digital marketing service offerings. Responsible for outbound lead generation and building and maintaining client relationships. The Account Manager will be able to identify, develop and nurture opportunities representing our full-service suite. Ongoing account management after the sale is closed will be critical to ensure ongoing satisfaction of our services and products.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To promote, position and sell digital professional services to prospects and clients
  • Perform in-depth client/prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals
  • Present and convey a high level of knowledge of digital marketing and how solutions can address them
  • Actively drive and manage the evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Create and author proposals based on needs
  • Creates and reviews all major communications to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

We’re looking for a successful, experienced Digital Advertising Manager to join our growing agency in downtown Boston. The ideal candidate will generate successful strategies and executes them successfully. The Digital Advertising Manager will work closely with the head of digital advertising to provide various research, strategies, and go-forward recommendations as they pertain to clients’ paid campaigns. Candidate must be Google Ads Certified (Passing at least 2 exams) or you will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running digital advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook; experience with other advertising platforms is a plus.   • Make data-driven decisions around campaign optimization, strategies, and advertising messaging

  • Participate in ongoing data quality monitoring and management of Analytics for client accounts.

About the Role

Marketing Coordinator position in a growing digital marketing agency. You’ll perform a range of duties related to daily client marketing in an agency setting, such as email marketing, assisting with planning, executing a wide range of marketing projects.

Develop and implement customer marketing campaigns. Drafting presentations, newsletters, emails, and marketing materials. Research new audiences, develop target audience personas, marketing strategies to reach prospects through social media, email, and digital marketing.

Projects may include client social media campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, events, content writing and other digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing project scope, schedule and project plan
  • Research target audience, competitors and marketing activities of potential clients
  • Communicate project to management and clients
  • Collaborates and works with marketing assistant, assigns tasks as needed
