The Digital Advertising Specialist will work closely with the head of digital advertising to provide various research, strategies, and go-forward recommendations as they pertain to clients’ paid campaigns. The candidate must be Google Ads Certified (Passing at least 2 exams) or you will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running digital advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, Criteo, and Taboola; experience with other advertising platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

    • Make data-driven decisions around campaign optimization, strategies, and advertising messaging
    • Handling advertising accounts on an advanced level including (keyword research, account optimization, advanced CTR evaluation, website traffic evaluations, etc.)
    • Participate in ongoing data quality monitoring and management of Analytics for all  accounts.
    • Demonstrate a high level of management and experience managing multiple accounts.
    • Self-manage execution of activities against deadlines
    • Develop and work towards a set of KPIs to deliver on business and marketing objectives
    • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo, and other channel platforms
    • Daily paid advertising account management and changes
    • Communicate results successfully to team and clients
    • Generate and analyze reports of current and historical client campaigns

Requirements:

      • A minimum of 3 years of digital advertising experience and agency experience preferred
      • An innovative mindset that can think strategically
      • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
      • Ability to continuously self-educate in this dynamic digital marketing space
      • Must have the ability to make decisions and recommendations based on data analysis and results

You should have experience with Adobe programs and be comfortable with Design, Editing, some motion graphics, and sound editing.

      • Set up and adjust camera angles, composition, and lighting for optimal results.
      • Capture a variety of shots, including establishing shots, interviews, B-roll, and action sequences.
      • Monitor audio quality and capture clean, synchronized sound.
    • Directing Talent:
      • Direct on-screen talent, providing guidance on body language, delivery, and expressions.
    • Equipment Maintenance:
      • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.
      • Keep abreast of the latest camera and video technology advancements.
    • Post-production:
      • Edit raw footage using video editing software, adding effects, transitions, and graphics.
      • Select and incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
      • Color grade and optimize video quality.
      • Collaborate with video editors and motion graphics designers if necessary.
    • Client Communication:
      • Maintain regular communication with clients and management  to update them on project progress.
      • Incorporate client feedback and revisions into the final video product.
    • Project Management:
      • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
      • Keep detailed records of video assets, project files, and deliverables.
    • Quality Control:
      • Review and proof videos for errors, ensuring they meet agency and industry standards.
      • Address any technical issues or inconsistencies in the final product.
    • Budget Management:
      • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and equipment.
    • Legal and Ethical Compliance:
      • Ensure all video content complies with copyright laws and obtains necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used.
      • Uphold ethical standards in video production, respecting privacy and sensitive subject matter.
